While the open community consultation period has closed, the Review remains live until December 2025. We encourage you to speak with your local member about your experience of apartment living and what needs to change.

Victoria’s Owners Corporation legislation is currently failing to met the needs of apartment owners, and is falling further behind other states, especially when it comes to sustainability, electrification and liveability.

Did you know that in NSW, owners corporations must review sustainability initiatives at every AGM and are encouraged to plan and budget for sustainability and electrification upgrades!
