Solar rebates for apartments are here!

Apartment owners and renters have faced difficulty accessing solar rebates due to the complexities of installing solar panels on shared roof spaces. Not anymore.

Thanks to a partnership between the Victorian and Commonwealth Governments, grants targeted at owners corporations in Victoria are available.

Successful applicants can receive up to $2,800 per apartment, with a maximum grant amount of $140,000 for buildings of up to 50 apartments.

This program is being delivered by Solar Victoria and was launched in February 2024!
